Apply to a Worthington Scholarship eligible college or university (see complete list under Scholarship Eligibility)
Prepare your Worthington Scholarship Application
- Application (available from your HS Counseling office)
- Copy of Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA
- Copy of Financial Aid Award Letter from college you plan to attend. (if available- ok to submit late)
- 200 – 300 word essay (required)
